We assist both private equity GPs and LPs in hiring the highest quality investment and investor relations professionals from Associate through to Partner. Additionally, we recruit for private credit funds, alongside hiring strategy and M&A professionals for portfolio businesses.

We focus on working with UK and Europe based funds but have recruited globally. We have helped build entire teams on a number of occasions.

Candidates are sourced from rival investment funds or related industries such as investment banking, strategy consulting and accountancy.
